Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

If you do not go on to instruct us, we delete your enquiry details within 12 months. If you do instruct us, we keep project records for as long as we need to deliver the work and meet our legal, insurance and professional obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@farisfiresolutions.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
